How to Order On-Line
It is easy to order on-line through our Secure Site
and we suggest that
you follow these simple steps.
1. Click on the "Knitwear Range" Button to view the range. Click the style that you wish to see.
2. While there, click on the "Colour Range" button to select a colour.
3. Click on "Size Guide" to determine the size you should order.
4. Click on "Price List" to learn the price of the item and to determine the sizes it comes in.
5. Now click on "Buy On-Line". You will be taken to the Shopping Cart. There you scroll the drop down menu at the top left of the page until you see the item category you have selected. Click on it.
6. The styles in the category will appear in the right hand side column. Click on your item.
7. Details now appear on the page and you must fill in the quantity you want and click on the drop down menus and select the colour and size. (If you have any doubts about the size to order, click on the "size reminder notice" under the colour menu.
8. If satisfied, click on "Add to Shopping Cart" and repeat the procedure if you wish to add additional items.
9. Now highlight "Review Basket/Checkout" and click GO.
10. If you are happy with the Summary of your order, which now appears, click on "Go to Checkout" button.
11. This takes you to the Secure Server, and a summary of your order. Scroll down the summary and having checked, fill in the boxes below.
12. You can now SUBMIT your order, which will be acknowledged.
CAVEAT
All orders are despatched by Jersey Post Airmail, whence they are transferred to Royal Mail once they reach the UK.
If they are consigned to an overseas destination, they are then forwarded
by Airmail.
Whilst we take every care in despatching all orders and obtain a Certificate of Postage in respect of each order sent, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery.
If you believe that your Postal Service is inadequate and/or unreliable, or that you may not be at the delivery address to receive the order, we suggest that you ask us to send your order either by Recorded Mail Delivery or Registered Mail.
Unfortunately these mail services cost extra. We will be pleased to advise the charges when and if you ask us to send your order by one of these methods.
Since the Channel Islands are VAT free, this tax is not included in our prices. However it, or a similar tax, may be levied in the destination country.
