Prices vary by size, style and change with stock availibility and so are not listed separately from the items themselves.

The shop has a search function so if you are comfortable with search engines you can search for items in your size or chosen colour.

The simplest way to use the shop, however, is click by click.

• From the menu above left choose "Our Range"
• Click the item you are intererested in to see a larger picture
• Click on that larger picture to be taken to that item's page in the shop
• Where we have a complete range you will be asked to choose from larger or smaller garments
• You are then asked to choose a colour (the colour options can run to two pages)
• You will then be shown all of the sizes we have in that style and colour along with their prices
• If what you want is not listed, we do not have it in stock, but there is no harm in sending us an enquiry because we can sometimes get special orders knitted.
• Click on one and you will have the option to "Add to Basket".
• Remember that all of our products are traditionally sized so read the "Finding the Right Size" page first
• When you have all the items you want in your basket "Go to Checkout"
• If you are likely to be a return shopper please register, but registration is not necessary for purchase.
• PayPal process your credit card details for us, but you DO NOT need a Paypal account, any card will do. We simply use them for the enhanced online security of using a large experienced company to conduct the transaction.
• Regular PayPal users can use their fast checkout option
• Cheques are a payment option and should by made out to "Guernsey Knitwear" and posted to Guernsey Knitwear, Sollum Voe, Rue des Marais, Vale, Guernsey GY6 8AX
• The transaction steps will be familiar to anyone who has ever shopped online and are explained as you go along.
• If you are outside of the UK please choose the correct posting option.
• Your personal details are used to sell you your Guernsey and nothing else.
• You should receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming your payment.
• You will recieve an e-mail from us when we post your purchase.
• Should there be a problem with your choice we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.
